is an 8-hour course that teaches you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The training helps you identify, understand, and respond to signs of addictions and mental illnesses.

Are you interested in registering for a class? The training is FREE and we'll come to you! We have trainers available statewide. A training can be scheduled at almost any time during the year, with a minimum of 15 participants.
